  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Buffalo Wild Wings. My friend ordered a beer, and because it was overfilled and dripping down the sides, his glass slipped out of his hand before he even took a sip. We politely asked the manager if he could comp the drink, and he refused, claiming it was “our fault” and insisting the glass was only wet from condensation. Instead of listening or trying to make it right, he argued with us. As a manager, your job is to improve situations, not escalate them. Good customer service keeps people coming back, and this manager clearly needs training, or a different career altogether. To make things worse, our server was extremely slow and inattentive. It took my friend over 30 minutes just to get a water. We won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly urge the owner to reconsider who they have managing this restaurant. Terrible experience all around.

  You can't go wrong at Buffalo Wild wings. You know what you're going to get the service will be good and the TVs volume will be way too loud.

  We love our server Amanda, the price increases on the lunch specials have started to drive us away from bdubs for lunch. but when we do go she kills it everytime ! Only giving 5 stars because i dont want it to look negatively on her. The price increases recently honestly make it a 3 star... lunch shouldn't cost 20 everytime you eat a LUNCH special.

  I am not sure what is going on with this location. I have been there twice for dine in in the last 2 weeks and the server took a while to get to our table and then after taking our order and bringing our order out they disappeared. We never saw them again until the end of our meal. They never came to check to see if our food was okay or if we needed anything else or if we needed more drinks. That is just bad service. Today I picked up a carry out order which was half an hour late from the time promised and half of my wings order was missing. I discovered this and called and they said oh yeah we have it. When I got back to the location and picked up the missing wings, they were cold. I went back inside and they remade them. The tater tots I also ordered, which I ate on my way home, we're also cold. While I was waiting for my carryout order, four different people ask me my name and I take it went to check on the order but never came back and said anything to me. I can say, the food has been great every time we've gone. The service just is not good. Someone needs to look into these issues and figure out what is going on.
