  I can honestly say this is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We had a party of eight and it took forever to get a server and when we did the drink order was not right and it took forever. We asked for the tv to be changed 4 times before it finally was. Server seemed to be overwhelmed and the restaurant was not that busy. Had to go to the bar to get drinks due to we never saw our server. When we finally got to order food it was not good when it was delivered to our table all was cold and half our table never got there food . Food had been setting in the window forever. Please understand I come from the restaurant industry and always give them the benefit of the doubt but this experience was bad. Never leave bad reviews on restaurants because I know it is hard work with little respect. Your sole purpose is to serve food and drinks and you could not even do that. BW3 you should be ashamed of how this restaurant is run and guests are treated.

  Food was overcooked the server was friendly my order was correct but she was not able to take care of our table because she had two many tables to try and serve management should really get her help

  Food aight, but holy cow was it slow, no one is in this restaurant right now and it is taking 40 minutes for food to come out, I’m typing this out of anger as I am sitting at the table, just go to the Harper’s point bdubs, it’s way better and only like 10 miles away

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Buffalo Wild Wings. My friend ordered a beer, and because it was overfilled and dripping down the sides, his glass slipped out of his hand before he even took a sip. We politely asked the manager if he could comp the drink, and he refused, claiming it was “our fault” and insisting the glass was only wet from condensation. Instead of listening or trying to make it right, he argued with us. As a manager, your job is to improve situations, not escalate them. Good customer service keeps people coming back, and this manager clearly needs training, or a different career altogether. To make things worse, our server was extremely slow and inattentive. It took my friend over 30 minutes just to get a water. We won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly urge the owner to reconsider who they have managing this restaurant. Terrible experience all around.
