It was as though each ingredient was rationed out like precious artifacts from a long-forgotten civilization. The disregard for customer service was blatant. The coworker continued chatting with another employee throughout my order, making it abundantly clear that my request was an interruption—not the purpose of their job. This encounter was not merely disappointing—it was unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and frankly bewildered at how such an establishment allows customer experience to deteriorate to this extent. The freshness, flavor, and variety were all great. And the employees were very friendly and helpful in making suggestions for meat and sauce combinations.
