I love the texture of the noodles, and the variety of hot/cold add-ins. The salmon is my favorite protein, but I’ve had them all and none have been disappointing. It’s also one of the few places that I will pay for a drink, because of all of the lemonade and tea options. They even have a fountain selection for plain soda water, so you can mix up all sorts of concoctions. Seating is tight during peak times, especially when it’s too cold for the outside dining area. And don’t forget your complimentary cup of miso soup!
