Service is so bad at the drive through ,it's been a while since I've seen people so rude and ignorant to how a drive through should be ran.. they don't even want to speak at the box. Just pull up, spit out what you want. They may take it, they may not
Just completey lazy .. . And then when I asked you to pull up when there's nobody behind you. So their beeper don't go off, just terrible, do your job faster. I guess.... With as long as it takes you think, you'd get fresh food.But that's never the case here..... Always rude service and cold/old food at this location ...won't be returning!.... All I did was pull up to the box, and the rudeness sent me away.

Consider this review negative 5 stars NOT positive 1 so I visited today 12/06/25 at 4:00 p.m. went inside to place a to go order and first of all as I was observing waiting for my turn to order this heavy set teenager male was licking his fingers as he was touching food and the touch screen to take peoples orders so I already didn't appreciate that, then as I place my order standing there waiting he then gives the people behind me there order then messes up mine cause I had to show him my reciept and he was like "I don't need to see your reciept" but clearly he did because he tried to give me a small curly fry when I had ordered a medium and even showed him proof then he shut up and as I'm still waiting for him to hand me the bag as he stands there lickin his chops I'm like c'mon can I please get my food already then he threw the bag at me without even closing it up, so overall terrible service and I will not be returning to this location ever again.

The food was not that great today. The blonde manager is big on utilizing everything with no waste. The buns are always hard and fries were like the end of the bin and cold. Plus she bagged the fries way early while waiting on the 2nd sandwich. I often tell myself I need to get a new idea of a sandwich that won't sit on rack and dry up. We had to go do takeout as I am busy with family stuff.
I will say I felt bad for a customer that came in to order take out. The girl sat down to eat and the manager snipped and said something about she needs charged for eating in. Again refer back to the nothing is wasted above. Pattern. The girl even came up to pay said tax and manager was snippy. She even ordered mozzarella cheese sticks to make up the tax difference.
It is not the first run in with her. I was in the drive-thru and she got snippy over extra sauce. I asked for 1 horseradish sauce and 3 arby. She said "1 per sandwich" and then "only 1 extra each". Just go in and you can get whatever you want. Was it really worth it to snip when it is help yourself inside? Went in and got my 3 arby and 1 horseradish sauce.
I feel like most customers are nice. That manager can be nice and kind..she is just snippy also. I would never work there and know of kids that quit quickly. They are often short staffed. Maybe reevaluate how you are treating employees and customers. We like this Arby's mostly.
We can all learn and grow somewhere.

Placed a large order and wasn't given a receipt. Called because I believed a small sandwich and curly fry was missing. It's not about getting free food, just spent $66 but when called back was told that she read the order back and that should have been sufficient. If I had a receipt to review myself I'd know and would have ordered before I left or even called. Thumbs down for service better training and phone etiquette needed
