So half our order was missing and the ONE they put in the bag, they have zero cheese or any sauce on it. Never getting anything from this Arbys again. Waste of money and time.

The bag was coated in sauce and grease when she handed it to us, screwed up our drinks, ordered double beef and cheddar - 2 pieces of roast beef on each and no cheddar cheese. This restaurant is a joke and we will not be back to the location.

Lady in back said yes she did put cheddar on the sandwich VERY LOUDLY. Then the cashier has the audacity to ask me to show her. What kind of customer service is that? 👎
