I went today as of November 15th, 2025 and ordered Ribs, Chicken, and Brisket. All of my meat was flavorless and overcooked. My yams had not an ounce of sugar. This was so disappointing to order, hopefully they begin to put some love into their food but this isn’t a good spit for barbecue at all.

The pork rib tips were flavorful and tender. The beef ribs weren't meaty, but they were seasoned well. The macaroni and cheese, green beans, candied yams and greens were delicious.

The food was amazing — I had the turkey tips with beans and mac, and every bite was full of flavor. I even got to meet the owner, who was incredibly nice and welcoming. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Today was my first time visiting this location the gentleman that took our order and served us was very pleasant I believe his name was Cam (assuming that’s his name because the owner was barking commands at him constantly in a very rude tone) The owner was sitting out in the dining area on a personal call and was rude, unpleasant and very unprofessional. The yams were terrible tasting as if they were straight out of can with no sugar etc and so was the lemonade i took one sip from the lemonade and asked if i could exchange it for a can soda he then ask how much of it did i drink i explained i took one sip and proceeded to try to take my cup to him so that he could see it he then repeated if you drunk a lot of it you need to purchase a soda( which i had already told him i didn’t drink any more than a sip and offered to show him) he was very rude and didn’t have an inviting or pleasant demeanor although the food wasn’t the best his customer service is the reason I will never patronize his business again and will not recommence for others
