  We are daily visitors and sometimes more than once a day. The staff there is so awesome! They know us now and know our orders! We love all of them but interact with Rita, Zed, Reece and Sonia who always go above and beyond! The drinks are awesome and the staff is so nice. Thanks for always providing an amazing experience ❤️

  I come through the drive-through per usual I come about three times a week just depends sometimes I only get to go once maybe twice I love everybody there. They’re always usually so kind tonight. I had a horrible experience with an employee named Reese as I was using a few free drink cards he then asked me where I got my free drink cards and how I got them which I personally don’t believe is any of his business nor do I have to answer any of his questions? He didn’t make any of our drinks correctly, but one the drink he made correctly he didn’t put whipped cream on and got the milkshake all over the side of the cup. He also told me that the promo for leaving a review in order to receive a free drink was over that that was no longer a thing so myself, nor any of my family members could ever receive a free drink from Leaving a review ever again ! I have told so many people about how great seven brew is and that if they left a 5 star review they could receive a Free drink card. Now I feel as if I lied to all my friends and family is this the case ?! Also noted I will not be back because of how uncomfortable he made me feel. Sad because my kids and I love seven brew.

  Twice my wife has asked for almond milk and been given regular milk instead. Since she's lactose intolerant it was an awful experience. We've been there a number of times so in fairness they are somewhat accurate but it's just not worth it when it is wrong so we will be hesitant to return. If you don't have dietary restrictions it is good.

  I love 7brew, but the last 3 times I went to this location, they forgot espresso in my drink. The times Ive went back they always acknowledge/apologize and confirm they forgot to put coffee in it. Luckily, the remakes are always delicious. I've also heard this happening to others, great coffee but make sure you're gettin your moneys worth

  They prioritize one lane over the other with taking orders. Making the inside lane wait so much longer. Person taking orders skipped the person in front of us and they had to order at the window. Our order was placed before theirs. She was rude when she came up to our car as well. Waited 35 minutes and the drink was pretty bad. Ordered extra sweet and there was barely any flavor. Highly recommend Newport over this location. Much faster and make drinks to perfection. Will drive the extra 20 minutes for Newport rather than this location. We’ve given this location about 5 chances. This will be the last.
