  Tried to go this morning and after waiting for 30 minutes without the ability to leave the line until at the front (because you are trapped)… had to leave without ordering anything so they weren’t late to school. Tried again at 3:30 because figured it might be better in the afternoon. Nope. Still trapped for 30 minutes. Weird thing is that the line closest to the building was moving reasonably while the line we were in was not. Watched at least 15 cars who came after me order, get served, and leave before I was even able to order. Asked the girl why this was and was told the one lane was just running slower due to staff working. Plus… staff were all obviously flustered but everyone seemed to be working hard and were handling themselves professionally because I am sure I’m not the only one who was complaining… but, for a business that is drive through only, the wait is ridiculous. There are much faster options in the area that I am more than happy to frequent instead. If the service can’t get faster, I doubt this business will hold on for very long.

  You need to be more respectful as an establishment to turn down the music for people who live nearby to live in peace! Pretty sad when this mom is reaching out for help and you have ignored her request.

  Coffee is amazing, but the staff is really the best part of the establishment. I was greeted very kindly by a young woman and she kindly took my order. Her name was Sonia and she had very pretty curly hair and she did an amazing job. The coffee was astoundingly good and really made me able to get up and going. I am glad that I had the warm, welcoming faces of the workers to brighten my day.

  I love 7 Brew, but today Reece absolutely made the experience exceptional. From the moment I pulled up, he was genuinely friendly, upbeat, and so knowledgeable. He took the time to give great recommendations, explained options clearly, and made sure my drink was exactly what I wanted. Reece is one of those rare people who instantly lifts your mood — an absolute treasure and a true example of outstanding customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares and enjoys what he does, and it makes a huge difference. Please recognize him, because he’s the reason I’ll keep coming back (and recommending 7 Brew to everyone I know).

  Absolutely love 7 Brew! The drinks are always great, but what really made this visit stand out was Reese. He was genuinely funny and had us laughing the whole time — such good energy. He also gave great recommendations and really knew the menu, which made ordering easy and fun. Service was A+ from start to finish: friendly, fast, and personal without feeling forced. This is exactly why we keep coming back. Give Reese a raise — he’s doing it right.
