  I went to 7 brew last week and I talked to Kaya. She was the sweetest girl ever, she recommended the sweet and salty coffee drink to me, which I ended up trying and let me tell you she put me on. It was so good, I definitely will be ordering again! The customer service there is amazing. I look forward to going there again.

  I usually don't go out of my way to leave a review, but I had to share that I've always had a positive experience with this company. I'm going to make the (bold) assumption that this place is run by mostly high school / college students. Every time I've visited, the service and atmosphere has been amazing! I wanted to specifically give some appreciation to Trenton, who took my order today. He was very kind and cheerful, despite standing outside in the 20 degree weather. I recently tried out 7brew for the first time, and now I'm here several days a week. Thank you!

  I wouldn’t use the outside lane, the inside lane moves but the outside lane takes much longer. You have to pull up to the window pay and wait for them to run grab your drink! It’s was only my second time coming and it’s good coffee but Starbucks it’s probably a little quicker if you’re low on time it’s also really busy so that’s making it a little slower

  Today was the first time I ever went to a Seven Brew as I was in the area and in need of a coffee. Yes, the car lines were long but, it went quickly. All the staff was wonderful. My drink was delicious. But, I am genuinely concerned about the ~safety~ of the staff. 7 Brew operates in a way that most staff are consistently exposed to the elements. I noticed that none of the staff had appropriate outerwear to protect them from the bitter cold. I went during the day when the sun was out, and I can’t imagine what a 5:30am open or 11pm close is like!! I commend the staff for braving the weather but management … DO BETTER! It should not be your staff’s responsibility to provide and buy the appropriate outerwear for a job that requires them to be outside most of their shift. Employee’s hands were not gloved, I didn’t see hats, scarves, face protection (like a balaclava). I would highly recommend that management provide staff with appropriate workwear including gloves with fingers on them and rubber fingertips so they can appropriately touch the screen. If not that, styluses so they don’t have the have their fingers exposed. Maybe tissues also… so many employee’s noses were running and red. How miserable- and we’re not even half way through winter!! OSHA compliance is sexy :)) Please protect your staff. I played lacrosse in high school and practiced in a blizzard- I suffered hand and toe frost bite and I hope your staff doesn’t have to endure that. Some other suggestions for management would be: a hefty uniform stipend/reimbursement for staff to buy appropriate clothing and/or hazard pay. Happy new year and thanks for great service!

  Well since I have been in line for 20 minutes without moving and only 3 cars ahead the whole time, I figure why not fill this out. No one taking drink orders until you get to the front, that one staff member bouncing between both lanes, 1 other making those drive thru drinks. As for the rest of the staff, they were focused on making loads of drinks for a whole setup outside to drop off to local businesses - which is fabulous and what a great thing to do for the community. But I can't help but wonder is that to try and hold onto customers with Dutch bros going in across the street? Back to being in line still and how this went: May want to prioritize taking care of the customers that are here and in line right now for going on 25 mins, over putting all efforts into combating future competition. Went for a coffee for myself, and to get the $25 gift card and free drink special thay have going on. Well, the free drink coupon they gave me read 'expires on 1/31/2025' - when I mentioned it they simply crossed the date out. I asked how can I be sure this will be accepted? They rambled someones name, saying that person promises it will be accepted at any point in the future whenever the the person I'm giving these to decides to use it. After asking me 3 times if they gave me the $25 gift card I purchased, I'm now wondering if they truly put anything on it. On top of that I'm just now realizing that they didn't ask for my phone # for rewards either. Thank goodness for the coffee because that was tiresome. I'm here at least 1-2x a week and know very well the lines can wrap around and take a while, but for being 4 cars deep in each row today that took way too much time. Probably gonna change it up going forward until that gets figured out for a better experience. Finally out of there after nearly 30 min with my one drink and the maybe gift card and maybe future free drink for buying said gift card. :(
