  I stopped by the West Chester location recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. If you are looking for a decent breakfast deal, they have a solid offer: any bagel plus a coffee for $8. It’s a reliable value when you're in a rush, but the execution on the food could definitely use some improvement. I tried a couple of different options during my visit around 10:45 AM: • French Toast Bagel: This was the highlight. It was actually quite good and lived up to the expectations—sweet, flavorful, and fresh. • Six-Cheese Bagel: This was a disappointment. Even though it wasn't even 11:00 AM yet, the bagel was served cold. For a cheese-heavy bagel, you really expect that warmth and softness, so it felt a bit lackluster. The Verdict: It's a convenient spot for a quick, affordable caffeine and carb fix, but they need to be more consistent with the temperature and freshness of their savory bagels later in the morning. Good for a budget breakfast, but they have room to do better

  We always visit this location when it was Bruegger's 🥯 Bagels after my son's orthodontist appointment. This was the 1st time with the name changed and disappointed with their quality. We live 40 minutes from this location. So returning to complain was not an option. Maybe the store will reach out to make this right. I'll attach a picture to show what we received. Why would an employee put awful quality bagels in a box...its not we the customers got to pick out the ones we wanted. Because i would have never bought them. Very dissatisfied customer here. We always get a dozen box and at least 2 sandwiches.

  We were in town for a volleyball tournament. And we ended up going to Einstein bagels both mornings because our hotel did not serve breakfast early enough. And both times both days we got Shane at the window and he was amazing super friendly just look like he truly enjoyed what he did. And the service was great. It was quick. It was timely. The drinks were amazing. The food was amazing. I only wish we had one near us step back home in Michigan. Keep up the excellent work!!!
