  Disappointing. Ordered OFF PEAK hours for work x 2 and both times several items were missing. Ordered 18 bagels and 3 cream cheese spreads. Received NONE of the spreads. Nothing like a dry work bagel. Ordered 2 lunches today and the potato chips on BOTH orders and a cookie were missing. No quality check apparently, won't be using Einstein Bros. Bagels. Fool me twice shame on me. Do better please.

  Within 5 minutes of entering the store, I had quick service and my delicious bagel at my table! Food, atmosphere, and quality of service was amazing. I will be back!

  Tony had some of the best costumer service I have ever seen. He was kind, fast and did it all with a smile. I love this Einstein location for a quick breakfast, hanging with my girls or doing some quick homework. Great atmosphere and vibe!

  I visited Einstein Bros Bagels and ordered a caramel shake and a sandwich. My shake was supposed to come with whipped cream and caramel on top, but it didn’t. When I politely asked the employee who made it to fix it, she ignored me the first time. When I asked again, she grabbed my cup without saying anything and repeatedly muttered “I’m on break” in an annoyed tone. It would have taken less than 10 seconds to correct, and if the drink had been made properly to begin with, this wouldn’t have even been necessary. Instead of fixing it, another employee had to step in to do her job. While that employee was helpful, she mentioned that people don’t always get the topping—even though it’s clearly listed on the menu. I never said I didn’t want it, so there’s no reason it should’ve been left off. If it’s optional, that needs to be communicated when ordering. What’s most frustrating is that this isn’t a one-time issue. Poor service like this seems to be a pattern at this location. Being ignored and met with attitude for simply asking for what I paid for is unacceptable.

  I was really hoping to see an improvement in service with Einstein’s compared to Bruegger’s, especially given how convenient the location is for me. The restaurant itself looks great, and I genuinely wanted this to become a go-to spot. I placed an online order at 8:07 for an 8:30 pickup. I arrived just after 8:30, but didn’t receive my order until around 8:45. During that time, I noticed several customers who ordered in-store were able to receive their food before me. I watched the lady make my two bagels, and it literally took 10 minutes. She was doing it in slow motion. It also felt like there wasn’t much acknowledgment for customers coming in for pickup. I found myself needing to get someone’s attention to check on my order, which can be a bit frustrating. Not one person acknowledged me while I was in the store. I share this feedback because I think there’s a real opportunity here. With some focus on order flow, customer acknowledgment, and overall service consistency, this location could match the quality of its updated look. I truly hope to see improvements, as I’d love for this to become a reliable and convenient option going forward.
