- ALAndrew LawrenceAug 30, 20241.0In the past I haven't had an issue with this place, but things have changed. Hopefully the franchise owner sees this. Quit hiring employees that are going to pander to customers for tips. 8/30/24 around 9:45am, I'm in the drive through, I order a $2.49 coffee. I pull up and hand the guy 3 dollars. He asks me if I want to donate a $1 tip. I said no thanks. He then proceeds to hold my change (holding 1 quarter in each hand) while looking at me. Not giving me my change, but holding the quarters in front of my face and staring at me. Unbelievable. I laughed, told him to keep the change and drove off. And I'll never be back. If you wanna pander for money, ask the CEO of dunkin for money, not the middle class.
