I was charged an extra $5 and the delivery guy joshua never called said he arrived just left my pizza sitting on the ground but he thinks he deserves a tip i will not be ordering anything from this place again and will be filing a report because now you’re stealing
- AJAubrey JonesMar 28, 20261.0We tried to order pizza on Friday at 9:30. the app messed up a couple times and did not appear to complete the order. we got no confirmation email, no delivery, nothing. we stayed up for about another hour and a half (hanging on our porch, opting to eat something else as no pizza showed- and frankly we werent expecting it since we didn’t get a confirmation ). the next morning we noticed a $40.45 charge on our card for the order we never got. we called and they said since it was the next day, there was nothing they could do. Waylan was very not professional and accused us of lying (although he had no record of delivering our pizzas). he took no steps to try to resolve. we will dispute the charge with our bank, however this was pretty terrible service.

For me the pickles are what makes it best. So I get to the store and asked if they put my pickles on and if I could get extra and they said NO, because they already put them away and refused to get them back out. I ordered at 1130 and they don't stop taking orders til 12am. So I'm confused on why I couldn't get pickles on my hoagie???? For 1 that's rude and for 2, that's lazy. They are already pre-sliced and in a container. How difficult could that be?
