  We went in to try and get a table and there was no host, and multiple servers passed us and we were never greeted or offered seating after standing there. So we left and did not get to eat. They need better service and a host and people to acknowledge when someone comes into the restaurant.

  How hard is it to greet a table? It’s such a shame that the service is nonexistent at this location. I get it that you’re all hipster and cool and everything like that but it’s like every time I’m in there it feels like I’m bothering the employees just going in there. Went in today and didn’t get anybody to even greet our table for like 10 minutes and just walked out.

  Food's good, service blows. Stood there for about 7 minutes. With the bartender and server asking everyone else if they need help but me 😂. They eventually asked the other 2 ladies (one who just walked in) if they're dining in, they said no and she was about to walk off when I said, "I'd like to dine in." She sat me down, and reluctantly forced a smile.I get that it was late (50 minutes till close). But hey man, I'm a paying customer, respectful, and I tip well. 😐

  Condado is currently my favorite restaurant! Their ingredients are always fresh and wholesome! I love that they have so many hardy veggie toppings options to include on tacos, nachos, or bowls! Colorado is where it's at! 😋

  UPDATE: Manager Makenzie refunded the food order when I called and was so apologetic and kind. We will be back to try again. Terrible service from a blonde with a hat on working behind the bar on 3/14 at 11am. She serves me cold food with barely any toppings. Never asked how it was. Serving size was half what I had last time. When I told her I was disappointed, she didn’t even ask why.
