The other worker distracted the cashier from putting the chips I ordered in my bag to rush the next order before I was even done. And then it ended up being some kind of stick in the rice.... Had an attitude that I asked for a refund. Never again!

The former manager John kept this place in tip-top shape, hopefully whoever takes over can continue that trend. The staff is super polite and serving sizes are always at least acceptable, sometimes even generous. The Kenwood location is always a disgusting mess with horrible service, while the Hyde Park location is almost nearly as bad. My only critique is the lack of parking.
