  Servers preparing the dish female was attentive she great vibration thoughtful, the male on front line was a little careless or nervous he gave me a bowl dripping over the edges and was placing it in the bag, I had to stop him and suggested he wipe it off which was common sense, maybe he is not a Frontline person, the cooking area was a messy mess. I generally don't eat Chipotle and this expensive blend food is just not for me. Cashier no smiles equal don't eat here unsafe to eat food that unhappy people prepared. Was going to leave a generous tip for all but quickly changed my mind ..visiting Cincinnati will not stop here in Western Hills, go to Norwood Ohio to get cleaner good happy employees and great food

  Terrible Chipotle. One person working the line every time I go and it takes a half hour to get food. The workers are nice and it’s not their fault. Stop being cheap and schedule more people!

  Charlene was at the register, and every-time I visit she seems to hate everything to do with working. Sighs at any request, and throws stuff in your bag. I’ve seen other reviews with negative comments on her work ethic and attitude, so it’s good to know I’m not the only one being treated like that by her.

  Don't come to this location. This place sucks. The staff was very unprofessional, chatting it up with each other and not paying attention to the customers. She kept saying "huh?!" everytime I said my order. The food was also unedible. It was cold and gross. One of the young women that works there must've put an ungodly amount of hot sauce on my burrito. By the time I sat down to eat it, it soaked through the tortilla. My wife and I ended up throwing away our food.
