  I didn't want to believe the other reviews... but they're completely warranted. First time I ordered from them, it was a smooth experience. But my other orders afterwards were just disasters. Ordered lunch at 11:20am on a Thursday, no lunch rush. I got there, was told they were out of chicken and needed to make more. My order was done 25 minutes after it was supposed to be. And I'm on my lunch break waiting for my order. I was given a free drink by customer service for my troubles. Okay, I accept that. Next time my order is ready on time, I want to try one of their fruit drinks. All of the drink stations are empty except for the watermelon one. I try it. It tastes like water and looks like water. It was only later I realized it wasn't supposed to be like water, it was supposed to be a fruity drink with color and flavor. So basically the free drink I got for a prior mistake was just another mistake. I go back again today. Lunch rush, okay, I get it. But I had to wait 15 minutes for my pick up order after it was promised. Plus, there was no guacamole in my burrito bowl which I did pay extra for, on top of missing other ingredients like pinto beans, fajitas, and mild salsa. I really am reaching my limit with this location, and haven't had nearly as many issues with the Currito nearby. Sure, Currito is a bit more expensive, but at least it's more consistent as opposed to this Chipotle location. I'm not exactly sure what's going on at this location, but it's really not doing itself any favors trying to retain loyal customers with all the problems it's having.

  Yesterday (Sunday) I went to this location for food as it was the only place in walking distance with vegan options in that area that was open. When you first enter, the tables all had food on them and had not been wiped down. As I approached the line, it was very messy. I got a veggie bowl but as I got to the fajitas, it was only sautéed onions. They were completely out of guacamole too which comes with the veggie bowl. When I went to ask for chips, they told me they were out, but I mentioned I saw them take a fresh batch out. When I got my cup for my drink, one lonely ice cube fell out. There was no tea/lemonade drinks. The area with napkins was a disaster with a weird smell. Many of the napkins were wet too which was weird. I sat at the high top table as it was the cleanest spot, but being short it was difficult to get up on. Chipotle is a default for me as a vegan when I travel, and this was my worse experience yet. There needs to be more employees hired to keep up and get prep done.

  Came here because it was the only place with vegan options within walking distance that was open on a Sunday. The place was super messy. The napkins were wet, the tables were messy, the line was messy, lots of cross contamination. They were out of corn tortillas, the fajitas didn't have peppers it was just onions, they were out of the natural drinks, and I got jipped on guac because they were scraping the bottom of the tub, and they wouldn't make more. Definitely the worse Chipotle experience I've had.

  Nobody was cleaning up the dining room, kitchen was a mess, empty food bins laying around, condiments, drinks, napkin and utensils area was trashed and not filled.

  They need to hire more people. The young men on the line did a good job keeping up with the rudeness and demands of the bad mannered and insensible customers in front of me. I felt bad for those young men. The restaurant is extremely dirty. Curious to know if the health department knows about the filth. Food wasn't good either. I think someone needs to step in and figure out what needs to be done at this location. It's that bad. Avoid.
