  This location is regularly out of standard offerings like cheese, fajitas, etc. My most recent order was full of gristly/chewy chicken and was completely inedible.

  Never open the door at 1045 which is printed on the door. Bad attitudes and service is slow. Food is good though.

  It's like every time I come here it something like literally few cool workers but it's struggling the need new management something someone who can lead and run it it really need a upgrade on service and leadership cause that store all over the place

  Every time I visit this location, they are always out of an item or by time you make it to front of the line, they have run out. Staff is rude, prep area always looks very unorganized. Need to do a better job managing employees to be more professional and consider the customer. This location needs to close and/ or set up a better operation to better serve the public.

  This is one of the worst run Chipotle’s in Cincinnati. It is a high volume store which you would think the owner would have enough staff to work. The lines are always long and the employees act like it’s their first day each time I go in. The food quality is extremely low which can change slightly depending on what time you go in. Organizations such as this one should spend more time on quality control instead of rising prices! We should definitely contact the city to get this location shut down.
