  Visited the area and were so excited about eating Chipotle until we reached this location! The staff was rude, the restaurant was nasty nasty! The preparation of the food was sloppy and disgusting and the way the girl who prepared our bowls was trying to give us barely any food in our bowls! Never again! This location needs to do better the reviews dont lie for sure!

  Restaurant was messy. 5 staff members on the clock and only one working the line. The one girl on the line made online orders while myself and 8 other people waited in line to be served. When the girl finally got to us she couldn’t wrap a burrito. I ordered a small burrito with chicken, rice, beans, and guacamole and the girl ripped the burrito. She said I can double wrap this. I said no thank you. I asked her for a burrito with one tortilla as I didn’t want a large meal. She then aggressively threw it in a bowl when I asked for a single wrapped tortilla. Then she said “do you still need the foil?” I replied yes, I would like what I ordered. Chipotle, This is unacceptable. You, a restaurant chain, specialises in burritos and cannot produce a core offering. When we finally checked out, after being at the restaurant for 13 minutes the burrito was cold in the middle. again this is not acceptable. This is what causes food borne illness.

  Went in today and the people in front of me, behind me and myself all had issues with the portions of the rice that was being given when asked for more employee had to wait for a manager to come inspect all of our bowls before we could move on to getting the protein, that’s not okay the manager came from the back of the store to do so causing a delay in the line. Once it was my turn to get my protein I specified I wanted half chicken half steak but a extra scoop of chicken then manager charged me for a steak bowl which already cost more than the chicken, then went on to charge me for 2 extra orders of chicken that I didn’t not receive. I tried to explain to her she immediately met me with attitude and rude remarks this is how we do it here. Well I’ve ate chipotle for over 10 year and never been over charged especially when I can see how much meat I’m being given. I’m highly upset with how this manager conducts herself every time I’m in the store she has an issue with an employee or a customer. Something needs to be done with her attitude, retraining could benefit this store going forward.

  Ate here for the first time got a veggie bowl and ate this bowl the night of my stomach was messed up felt like food poisoning
