  Here's what a double serving of steak salad gets you.... $16. Didn't even halfway fill the bowl.

  Came in around 8ish. They were slopping the food everywhere. The chicken was falling into the beans and things were getting mixed together. The black beans were almost completely gone so I asked if they had fresh black beans and the lady asked another worker for fresh beans and she was so unprofessional and rude. She rolled her eyes and was making rude comments talking about me to the other worker. She said they were about to close for the night and didn’t need to replace the beans. They didn’t close for 3 more hours!!!!!! They refilled the beans no problem after that. A simple request but I wouldn’t have felt the need to ask them to replace them if they were more mindful of slinging food around. It looked so gross I debated leaving. Really bad basic customer service tonight I was shocked.

  This location is the worst, yet I continue to go there because it's the only one close to my work. They are consistently out of ingredients and blame it on catering (even though they are notified of catering orders in advance, which gives them opportunity to make extra product the next day). FYI... Chipotle's policy is that managers cannot put signs on the door that certain foods are not an option because they want you to waste the time in line so you don't want the hassle of going elsewhere. I know a GM of a different location, and this is a confirmed policy. Equipment is down consistently... I've had to get drinks without ice multiple times, and I've also had to miss out on a burrito because their steamer was broken. Lastly, they don't follow protocol with regards to restocking ingredients on the line. Restocks are supposed to happen between the line and the grill. Here, someone will literally walk up with a plastic bag of queso or salsa and dump it into the container on the line. I've submitted comments to corporate twice now with no resolve. To make matters worse... this GM has actually won awards, I'm assuming due to sales dollars. That is unfortunate, because their service is terrible, but they just happen to be down the street from one of the largest employers in Cincinnati, which makes their numbers look good. Bottom line: If you want to be able to consistently go into a Chipotle and get your order the way you want it, don't go to this location.
