  Genuinely worse chipotle. Everytime I go they’re out of almost everything. Today when I went they didn’t mention they were out of anything until I got to the end to finish my bowl. I told them I wasn’t interested and was taking my business somewhere else then the worker yelled at me that I was wasting food and cussed at me.

  I'm sitting here at 10:59 the place supposed to open at 10:45 the store is till not open they are in there cleaning up and prolonging the opening process the timing is inconvenient and this is not the right way to run a franchise restaurant and people are just sitting around in the lot waiting

  It's packed at lunch time, despite the extremely small parking lot that isn't really accessible from Winton Rd. This store is in a small outlot in front of and south of Kroger (which already has jammed parking. So if you come in through the Kroger parking lot, and turn left up the ramp to get to the lot by the door, you will probably drive through that little bitty lot and come right back down the ramp to park in back facing the Wings place that is directly behind Chipotle in the same building (but on the lower level). So you park in the big lot down below by the Wings place, and walk up past the Wings place, around it, along the side of that ramp you just drove up and down, to walk up the hill to the entrance in front. There is no entrance facing the back parking lot. That would be the Wings place. So, despite the challenge of parking and walking up to get in the place, like I said, it's packed, so evidently everybody already knows what the weird parking deal is, and they are willing to do what must be done to Get That Burrito. Chipotle has done a fairly good job (on the website, if not in the line menu) of describing how you can order higher protein, low fat/low carb options. Basically you order Adobo Chicken, No Rice, No Beans, No Guac, No Queso, just some Corn Salsa, some Lettuce, some Fajita Vegetables, a LIGHT SPRINKLE of the shredded cheese, and it's fine.

  Very good service and food was fresh n hot, had everything we wanted. Not sure if this location is under new management or what, but the last few months looks different, use to be horrible like very small portions, no dressings, nasty soda area. Thanks for be better

  I’ve never left a review before, but after two years of consistently poor service at this location, I feel like I have to say something. First, the store often opens whenever it feels like it. If the sign on the door says the restaurant opens at 10:45, customers shouldn’t still be sitting in their cars waiting at 11:15. This hasn’t happened just once — it’s happened at least five times since I’ve lived in the area over the past two years. That’s pretty disappointing. Another frustrating issue is the constant lack of basic ingredients. How does a store that just opened 15 minutes ago already have no cheese, lettuce, sour cream, or vinaigrette? At that point, you might as well close for the day. What makes it worse is that staff often seem overly casual or even amused when telling customers that multiple items are unavailable. Whoever owns or manages this location should really take a serious look at what’s going on. After reading other reviews while writing this, it’s clear that many people feel the same way. I’ve been to many locations over the years, and unfortunately this one stands out as one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I truly hope management takes the time to get things in order and improve the way this location is run.
