- KHKrysten Hansen1 day ago1.0Absolutely the WORST location in the area. They are consistently out of something - even during prime dinner time hours. The portions are always skimpy; I’m paying almost $12 a bowl these days, you’re absolutely going to fill that bowl up. The lines are ridiculously long and the restaurant itself is filthy. I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. I’ve started going to the new Milford chipotle.
- ABAshley Brothers3 days ago1.0I will NEVER place a mobile order again. I placed an order at 5:30pm for a pick up at 7:30. We arrived at 7:20 and didn’t recieve our food until 8:20. The line for pick up was longer than the in person line. I could have been through the regular line 5 times by the time I got my food, but I was told I they couldn’t cancel the online order that I had already paid for- that it had to be done online. This process was also impossible to navigate. They only had 3 people on staff. They were working tirelessly, so kudos to them 👏👏👏 but they were under staffed and there was no manager on duty. Apparently all managers were all on vacation this week and the employees holding down the fort couldn’t get anyone to show up. I will not be returning to that location anytime soon, and will NEVER do an online order again!

Had to stand there and watch my food sit there for over 10 minutes while one of the girls on the line stood there not doing anything but chatting with the one actually working.
