  If I could give0 stars I would. We were a table of four (2 adults , infant, toddler) I also take into account of how many people , servers, atmosphere etc. there was a table that was sat shortly before us, got their drinks and ordered within 10-15 minutes. There was a huge table across from us that our waitress was taking care of and I feel for her on that. She got the entire table and the 6 people next to them drinks as well and then took their food orders. As the waitress was talking to her team mate she pointed to our table and stated that was her table (talking about us) and not once did she approach us, tell us she’d be there soon, or even raise her hand to tell us to wait. Mind you, we have young children so our time window is already limited (which we were ready for). She never acknowledged us or spoke to us. It seems like she even ignored us. After working all day I just wanted some good food and to spend time with my family. We needed up getting sonic which was not a craving. Will never visit again.

  My first time visiting this location. I love the food served on the tray keeps the food warm. My server I’m mad I can’t remember her name. African American young lady she had braids. She was so nice and welcoming the food was awesome, the service was awesome, the atmosphere was welcoming and awesome. Perfect day!

  The most immediate service received was when bartender Morgan C snatched my not-empty glass away when I shifted to get up from my seat. I wanted food but was ignored for 50 minutes and never once even offered a drink menu much less a food menu.

  This place is a joke got seated at table 20 mins went by and didn’t even get a hi hello be with you in a moment no nothing. Then a server came up to our table with food and we haven’t even ordered yet. Then another server came up to our table didn’t get his name some black guy was very rude and thought it was a good idea to cuss in front of my 4 year old and 2 year old daughter very professional. Needless to say he needs to be fired obviously he don’t need a customer service job. I hope this place goes under I won’t be back to bw3’s ever

  Nobody greeted me I waited to be seated for about 10-15 minutes. I was the only African American person in there the only person who helped me was Morgan and I mean literally the whole time she sited me and she was not even clocked in, took my order and checked on me the whole time I ate. The person who brought my food out was also rude I said thank you she just walked away. Morgan did a great job
