  This location needs to be SHUT DOWN! It’s HORRIBLE! Waited in line for 10+ minutes and with and additions 10+ customers waiting for their order. NO ONE, and I do mean NO ONE came to the counter to let us know what was going on or to even greet us. I walked to the opening of the kitchen and asked for a refund and all of a sudden the manager Rachel came to the from explain that they were busy and had just received an order for 300 wings. Well someone could have stated that but I still want my money back. She said she couldn’t process the refund til 4am the next morning and it would take 7-10 days. Well the refund has cleared and account and it’s not in process and I’ve been calling the store since 12pm and there has been no answer! NONE AT ALL. I was able to speak with the GM of the store Chris who wasn’t helpful at all either. He seemed to not care by his tone and stated he was on vacation but still sounded very frustrated and still didn’t seem to care or even direct me to someone who could assist me while he was on vacation. I understand he’s on vacation but at least direct me to someone who can help versus saying you’ll figure it out when you get back on Monday! So unprofessional and I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER! They shut the location in Rookwood down but clearly should have closed this location instead. I even called the 800 customer service number first and they wasn’t a help. Stating they didn’t have any supervisors available and they could add points to my rewards. NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS WHY I ALWAYS GONTO THE KENWOOD LOCATION! They serve better quality food and have better customer service. I only chose this location because it was closer to where I was at the time but I’ll drive the extra 10 mins next time so I don’t have to experience this! HORRIBLE AND TRAINING NEED TO BE PUT INTO PLACE

  Service is terrible and took for ever. Needs new management for sure. Severely understaffed.

  With the hall only about 10% busy, couriers are waiting 40–50 minutes for orders. I recommend the management of this location review the cameras and see this for themselves!

  If you have construction equipment then you’ll be set, if not, be ready to start eating stones. The chicken is as hard as a rock and I felt like I was eating bricks for dinner. They would’ve been better off building a new kitchen than serving us. At least the projector was big but other than that, it’s buffalo wild bricks

  We were at a Dr appointment for our son and decided to stop here because he was craving one of the sauces and it was very close before we headed home. We were told to sit anywhere and waited 10 minutes before we saw a server. She told our order right away and we waited 45 minutes for our food. Only a few tables were occupied and there were people coming in for carryout. Finally we asked and was told it would be out in a few minutes. 10 minutes later we got our food. Everything was hot except the fries were limp and cold. We asked to see the manager and he said we have a lot of Carry out. So you let the seated customers sit and wait because you have carry out orders? We had wings. No burgers or sandwiches that take longer. Nothing off our bill. By the time we left it was getting busy and the one server had trouble keeping up. Do you think we saw the manager helping run food or refill drinks? Of course not. He looked like he was sitting in an office somewhere oblivious to what was going on in the dining room. Very poor. No remorse for our lack of service. We made a mistake stopping here.
