I LOVE Bibibop. I have been to Bibibop locations all over the state of Ohio and I always have an amazing experience all around (food and service!). However, this location really struggles. I have been there several times, and none of my experiences were good. Yesterday finally broke me of ever coming back. I went for the BOGO bowl offer for wearing orange yesterday. The deal was that you wear orange, order a regular bowl, and get a free chicken bowl of the same or lesser value, choosing between grilled, spicy, or korean chicken. The staff even put a flyer on the front door. When I got there, they told me BOTH bowls had to be chicken, and I showed them the app and told them that isn't what the offer says–only the second free bowl had to be chicken. They were insistent that they would not be acknowledging that, and mentioned something about a button on their computer being broken. (Pro tip - you can just hit the chicken button, and fix it for the customer...). Okay, fine. THEN they said that I couldn't have korean chicken, only the grilled or spicy chicken. I showed them the app post again. They insisted they would not honor that. Okay, fine. It was overall a hassle and all of the employees were confused and wouldn't honor the app promotion in multiple ways. THEN I got a bowl of miso when I checked out and it was freezing cold. Not hot, not warm...cold. Woof. I won't be back to this location. It's just not a good representation of Bibibop.

As a restaurant owner myself, operating a downtown establishment, I was dismayed by the subpar experience I encountered at this food restaurant. Despite my intention to frequent the premises, the meal I had was unacceptable. Upon cutting into the salmon, I discovered it was undercooked and raw towards the center, which triggered a violent reaction, causing me to vomit. Following a hospital stay, I spoke with the manager, who offered to cover my medical expenses as the sole solution. Given my background in the industry, I find it astonishing that basic food safety protocols, such as verifying temperatures before serving, were seemingly overlooked. I am extremely dissatisfied and plan to pursue further legal action regarding this incident.
