  The weekday morning girls (Khay, Annaleigh, Madison, and Liv) are always super fast and amazing at getting my drink orders out! My drinks are always right and the energy is always perfect. It always makes my morning!

  Love this 7 brew location! Tanner always helps me make such fun drink combinations and is so patient with all the drink modifications I make. Totally recommend!

  I got the Brown sugar americano with a splash of cream. Tanner made my drink and it was perfect! Just the right amount of cream! It was super busy when I went and I only seen 4 employees, 2 taking orders and 2 behind the bar. Even with low coverage and with how busy things were Tanner had a smile on his face and kept the energy up!!

  Every single time I come here there is a line all the way to the street and it takes 30+ minutes to get my order taken. The longest wait was 55 minutes. Workers show zero sense of urgency during rush. I don’t understand how waits this long are possible for a place that only sells drinks

  Management needs a huge wake up call. There is no denying the employees are working hard however lack of organization and preparation makes visiting this place miserable regardless of how good the drinks are. There is no reason anyone should be spending 40+ minutes in the drive-thru that hasn’t even spilled outside of the designated drive-thru area. Lane 1 gets out almost twice as fast as Lane 2. I’ve given this location several chances but this has got to be the worst 7Brew location in the greater Cincinnati area. I don’t think it’s far fetched to say that this location has hired an excessive amount of teenagers so they can get away with low paying salaries as there are hardly any adults to guide these kids on how to work under pressure and build their work ethic, which is unfair to them! I’ve visited this location during school hours and I’ve visited on the weekend and the difference is night and day. If you visit during lunchtime on a Tuesday afternoon you’re in and out in less than 10 minutes. Same time on a weekend? Prepare to waste an hour of your life. This location is putting the burden of a high traffic area like Beechmont Avenue on to the shoulders of kids who have never had a job before. Management needs to step up.
