The third car gave up and left. I finally got to the drive thru speaker at 9pm!! 30 freaking minutes!! I had a mobile order in but still had to wait in line. I called the phone while waiting to see if I could just bypass everyone in the DT and was told no that I had to wait in line. Then I get to the window finally and I'm told they are out of chilli. But they can't refund my money for the chili. They obviously aren't smart enough to do that. Instead they want to give me a crispy chicken sandwich. It's a $4.99 chilli! This location is a joke. I with corporate in Columbus would take a good look at it and do something. They loose a lot of customers. It total i watched 6 vehicles drive off and go to other restaurants because of sitting in the DT for so long.
