- MMmaelynn11Dec 23, 20251.0I ordered an iced vanilla latte from Dunkin. This is the drink I get wherever I go. When I order here it's never the same. There is no consistency what so ever. It's almost as if I order something and it is up to the barista on if they actually want to make that drink or just want to give me a cup of milk. I ordered today and it tastes like they just gave me a cup of milk with water and a drop of espresso just to make it slightly brown. It looks like a chia latte. It tastes like crap. Doesn't even taste like there is vanilla in it. If I could post a picture I would. I'm tired of the inconsistency of the drinks. I'm tired of not getting what I ordered. If someone were to asked me about where to get coffee I would say to go to OUC and go to the Coffee Hub. It's a little more money but it's worth the money. You get what you want. You get actual coffee and not milk. And it's a nice environment and the people that work there are very nice. The only reason I went to Dunkin today was because they were closed due to winter break. Even going to McDonald's to get a coffee would be better than Dunkin at this point. Do not waste your money here.

I wasn't given an order number, no one took my name. After I looked at the coffee to see it was what I ordered, I took it and waited on my sandwich. After about 20 minutes I asked a lady if she could check on it for me, she didn't ask what I got only said they were working as fast as they could, to their credit they were busy. After another 15 min the snippy lady who told me they were working as fast as they could finally asked me what I ordered, I told her, then she asked me what the number was on my cup, I told her. She said oh here it is. It was in the mobile order spot! There all the time. If she would have taken 5 seconds when I asked the first time I probably would give them them 2 stars.. it was my first experience..probably my last. Sorry 😞
