  I placed a pickup order at 7pm. As I arrive at 7:05 the line for the pickup is clear out onto the road and the entire building is filled inside. I never received a call that the order was delayed so I had brought my two younger kiddos with me to pickup our Pizza. We never order from Donatoes because they don't deliver to the Pleasant Valley area, however we had received a GC so we figured why not. I waited in the pickup line until around 8:15pm before making it to the window. I'm then told to pull over to a parking space to wait another 15 minutes. Which even being upset what other option do I have giving I have now already waited over an hour past my pickup. I go inside and wait about 10 minutes she grabs my order and I leave. Just to make it home and my bread sticks are burnt to a crisp smh. Haven't ordered here in years and will absolutely not order again. No refund for the wait or GC was ever offered for the experience.

  Worst place if you wanna get delivery drivers have attitudes because they’re late or don’t wanna work there the pizza is cold shitty establishment

  Told us ready at 353 waited a long time they never brought it out had to go inside to get it this is the 1st time this has happened and I'm a frequent customer your staff can't be forgetting people waiting

  Order said ready at 12pm.got there waited 15 mins and was told we were waiting on 1 item. 28 minutes later we got cold food and missing wings. Went back in and told them and got major attitude like it was my fault.
