  Placed an online order I live down the road so I come here pretty frequently everytime I come here it seems the fry’s are never warm and always cold also when I went to get my 2 medium fry’s replaced they gave me 1 large fry as a replacement and a side of attitude from the lady at the window we were nice on the phone not even mad about it mistakes happen you know? Also the drinks seem watered down every time even when they are made fresh I’m not sure what’s going on there but should be looked into about the fry’s and drinks

  I usually love Arby's but I have been there 4 times in the evening and the shakes are never available. Ever why even have them n every time the employees are so stupid rude never going to go there again. Rip Arby's

  Placed a mobile order, on the order was a shake. When I got to the drive thru they told me the shake machine was down and couldn't refund the amount because the app is third party. I paid for a large drink and they gave me a small so I am still out money.
