  Tonight me and my family visited the new 7Brew location in Chillicothe. I’m very sad to say it was the worst coffee experience I’ve endured. The lines weren’t long at all. I was only three cars away from the booth and it took at minimum 30 minutes just to get to the booth. Not to mention there was no one out taking orders so it was taking even longer because it was ordered and served all at once car by car. The car would pull up to booth order then have to sit there and wait on their drink(s). Which made the entire process even longer. I was not pleased when I left the establishment. I pulled in with my dinner in the floorboard thinking it’d be a quick in and out with only two cars ahead. I was wrong. About 40 minutes it took me to get through the line order and receive beverage. Just super annoyed with the entire situation. Then to have put the cherry on top. The little girl in the booth was chit chatting with the car ahead long after receiving their drinks then she proceeded to pull her phone out to take pictures/snap chat whoever was sitting in the car. It was completely unprofessional and rude to other customers who were in the line behind waiting for her to be done with her social hr.

  So today I went to the seven brew here to look at the Ohio. I gave the lady a 20 and they tried to say I only gave her a time but I was like My Wife ❤️ gave me $40 and I only have 20 so hopefully they’re drawer is over $15 then maybe they will believe me at the end of the night when they checked their drawers so now I’m out of my $14 because she only gave me back a five and they were trying to say that they see me give her a 10, which I does not true I know what my wife gave smh

  Well, I went today I walked up to the window and I gave the person that my $20 because My Wife ❤️ gave me 40 to leave with so they only gave me back five dollars and when they said that I gave him a 10 I was like no I didn’t because My Wife ❤️ gave me 2 20s. So the register is over $14 then they’ll know that I was gave them a 20. We just got one in Chillicothe, Ohio

  Excellent service at the new Seven Brew Coffee in Chillicothe! Hailey B. was knowledgeable, friendly, and confidently recommended a specialty drink that all three of us really enjoyed. The music and atmosphere were great, and while we waited, it was impressive to watch how hard she worked while still keeping everything running smoothly. We were very impressed with our experience and will definitely be back!

  I am O B E S S E D with 7Brew, I have been going to the one in Lancaster for close to a year, so when this one opened up I was super excited! I have been every day since they opened as I get a coffee every day. The workers are all brand new and of course I understand they all make mistakes so I don’t complain when my coffee gets made wrong (which has happened multiple times). I’d ask for cold foam or caramel drizzle and not receive it, or I’d ask for sugar free and get regular which for a diabetic would be REALLY bad but thankfully I’m not diabetic so it’s okay. I won’t quit going here or anything over a messed up coffee, but hopefully within a few weeks everyone is trained and doing better! ✨
