    This is the nastiest drink I have ever had not because anyone did anything wrong (I want to believe) but because of how the business model is set up with 90% Of your drink being syrup. The service was quality. The overall experience is this is most overwhelming experience to order a drink for the most underwhelming and nasty drink.

    Finally trying 7brew after hearing all the hype. Wasn’t sure on what to try but with help from Harmony and Haley they got me a great coffee and energy refresher! Also shout out to Leah for the good energy handing me my order. Keep it up team !

    Hailey was very nice, and respectful. She took my order and informed about the drink I ordered having a nut allergy which is amazing due to the fact I am highly and severely allergic to nuts. She really went above and beyond, and it most definitely deserves high recognition and praise.

    Let me start my review by saying love 7Brew coffee! My wife and I were super excited when 7Brew finally came to Chillicothe. However, our service their not so great. We have dietary needs. My wife is a diabetic and my daughter has allergies to dairy. So coming to 7Brew opened us up to a ton of options. We have had multiple times where our drinks were made wrong. We have had multiple times where our drinks had been mixed up. When I say we come there alot. I mean multiple times a day multiple times a week. Our points tells all. We have recently just had enough, we yet again had our order not marked correctly and no one could tell us what was what. There is a distinctive look from normal dairy milk versus oat milk and none of our drinks should look the dame but yet did. We ask for the drinks to be remade, the young man made a scene, grabbed a straw then proceeded to drink from the cup that clearly wasn't oat milk yelling yep it's oatmilk. Since we made that complaint about that day, and mind you we weren't rude or nasty about it we just want the drinks to be properly marked. Some of the employees know us and just act like and treat us horrible. When I say we go there all the time we do. This Saturday we pull up in lane 2 the gentleman that took our order was extremely nice. I asked if he would make sure they mark our drinks, he ran up front i would assume to ask them to do so. We finally make our way up to the booth the young lady at the window was extremely nice. And then from where we sat could here the same young man who grabbed a straw prior and took a drink (Austin) holds up the oat milk yelling "this is oatmilk it's oatmilk." Then after the "oatmilk" drink was handed over to the girl who was marking it proceeded over to her and keeps saying "this one is oatmilk, oatmilk it's oatmilk." Just Very nasty. Ok we get! You aren't happy with us for just wanting our coffee made and marked correctly. It's a matter of health. But since this young man now has decided to make it awkward for us to come get coffee...we probably won't be back for a while. There is so many amazing kids that work in there who are so kind to us and treat us well. (Haley B, Hannah, Ronnie!! Always treat us well!) But now that this young man has made scenes in front of us about our order we just feel the customer service is less than satisfactory that this continues to happen while he is there and yet our complaint was serious we were by no means rude about it nor have we ever been rude. Just sad.

    Whoever owns this location needs to come check on their investment! The place is ran like a zoo. I seen staff getting in and out of customer cars, the lines were full and over half the staff was goofing off or standing around talking. Very poor service and an extremely long wait! But what takes the cake and the whole reason I chose to leave a review was the fact that I watched one of your employees open a bag of coffee beans with her teeth!!! You read that right, opened the bag with her TEETH and poured the coffee beans in the dispenser!!!! No one batted an eye… yuck! Maybe go over food safety and cleanliness. Then go buy some scissors and teach your staff to use them! Also, what is the point to the little telephone booth they hand drinks out in? They walk up to your car to take your order. Then you pull up to a booth to pick up your order and that person walks out of the booth to the building to make said order, then walks out gets back in the booth to hand it out the window?? Is that necessary?
