  They are permanently closed. This is why the dent wendys is 20x better. 6505 harrison. Come visit. The glenway and north bend locations are the same as the cheviot one.

  On a break I went here, 1st thing they said was we only have Hamburgers and fries. Okay not an issue, the issue was when I got the food. The Hamburger was 2 dry pieces of chilli meat(what happens to over cooked/old meat), the fries were dark brown(oil need to be changed), and worst of all the coke was flat and hot. Yes hot, with a full cup of ice the coke was warm. Dude to how the employees were acting I just took it as a 15 dollar loss and a sign to never eat here again. YUCK!!

  They had no cash change. The sausage was cold and burnt! I waited over 5 minutes for them to get it to me in the drive thru

  If I could give them zero Stars I would it's 1:00 a.m. I just got to my house with my sandwich it's made completely wrong the burger itself is like a burnt piece of char and it's got so much Mayo on it it just ruins it and that's fine I can scrape some stuff off and I can deal with the food but the service and the way the little boy work in the window acted and spoke over the speaker and even when I went to pay just every word in action was just completely disrespectful so much so that I had a really bite my tongue and not just go off on him. If I was the manager I would definitely fire him immediately some dark-haired thin build 5 ft 5 kid with tattoos on his arms really just completely rude and if he didn't like his job he needs to get a different one

  I would literally rather starve then to ever come back to this place, I've been here 3 times all 3 times have taken more than 30 min when I'm the only person in the drive thru, they are always out of food and have consistently gotten my order wrong frys cold just like wow I feel as if they go out of their way to make it the worst possible interaction
