  Waited 15 minutes to get to the order speaker for them to tell me they were only taking online orders and door dash. I never heard of such a thing. Then i waited another 10 mins to drive out cuz i was trapped with cars in front and cars behind. 25 mins of waiting to get no food. And NO, the 25 mins is NOT an exaggeration!!! Kinda pissed about that one.

  Everyone who works here must really enjoy ruining people’s days. I check my bag and something is missing every time! Then I ask for one thing and get home and something else was missing too! I’m PISSED

  What’s going on with this location lately? Monday - Wednesday you guys decide to randomly close at 11pm, when your hours state 1am, your drive thru greeting is still on and you’re still accepting mobile orders. Then tonight I come through the drive thru and I’m told you’re “only taking mobile orders/doordash and its a 10-15 minute wait for it to come through on your system” (a lie btw) and then when someone finally comes to the microphone I’m told it’s “parking lot only for mobile orders” which again, a lie, for doordash/uber maybe but normal mobile orders that’s never the case. Get your act together, my goodness. If you’re all going to lie about doing your job, at least all be consistent with it. Edit 4/8, I was just here again for the same old song and dance that my original review was about. But this time I got flicked off by the nice Young boy that was working

  This isn't even an exaggeration, the past 4 times we went. We waited between 20-30 mins in the drive thru! And looking at recent reviews, it looks like everyone is experiencing this. We won't be ordering from here anymore. You guys gotta do better! Just unacceptable!

  Ordered 10 mins before arrival… waited 20 MINUTES in line. That’s not even incompetence at that point, that’s downright insanity. Fix yourself please. Oh, and to top it off the dude forgot to even make our drink… I had enough time to write this with multiple curses, then rewrite it, and somehow was still forced to look “slow” in the eyes a second time as we pulled around to fix their mistake. My gf counted 6 people working…
