They also only gave me 3 chicken strips total because two of the strips were only half a strip. You would think a Wendy's in Chardon Ohio would serve people like this. I will not return.

Placed an order on THEIR app, went to pick it up and the manager says it's not going to be ready until 6:30 and then says "I don't control the app. Let's get real here, you can't be mad at me."

Sweet tea tasted like it sat there all day, fries were stone cold and burger bun was hard! The quality of good has gone fown a lot! I used to love going to Wendy's...wont be anymore!
