Stop by in the afternoon for a pick-me-up—no donuts left. Late afternoon—the kitchen is closed, no food at all. Whenever Dunkin Corporate runs promotional items, this location never has them. It’s honestly a complete joke and a waste of time. On top of that, during the summer they let weeds grow up all around the building. It looks run-down and poorly maintained. The Mentor and Painesville locations always have products available and are much better run. Save yourself the frustration and go there instead.

The ownership and staff at the Chardon location are excellent! My family visits once or twice a week. They know us all 😀. If everyone ran their businesses like these fine folks, we'd all be a lot better off! Drive on in for a Boston cream donut and extra large hot carmel decaf - my favorite!
