  Really need some serious training. I’m mobile ordered and pulled up to the drive-through Three minutes after ordering. Waited over two minutes for them to Just say “HELLO?!” Like if your speaker is not working or something put up a sign so people know. I said that I had a mobile order for my name And then radio, Silence. I waited about three minutes and then I just pulled around to the window that was open All the boys were just talking inside, not coming up to the window or anything. After three minutes, the guy just walked up and handed me my drink in a bag and said nothing. I thought I had everything so I went to pull away and he’s like wait wait Your food. Like how am I supposed to know? I was missing something when they’re not talking at all?! I pulled back backwards and let them know that their drive-through really needs some work I should’ve said their customer service in general He didn’t even say sorry or anything Just stared blankly at me Every Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever gone to has always been so nice And helpful had lots of thank you’s and have a good days. So sad to see this one so bad I used to come here a lot and they were better. Never coming back now. I’ll go from Painesville and head into mentor to get coffee before heading into chardon from now on

  Stopped in to buy a box of munchkins and the young lady behind the counter was above and beyond friendly and gave great customer service!! I will be back !! She deserves a raise, she was multi-tasking very well.

  BEWARE - got hot coffee and noticed it had curdled milk so I took it back in and asked for a new one and suggested the milk is bad. She brought me a new coffee but they had a huge 5 gal bucket of milk just sitting out on the counter where she was scooping the milk out with a cup she was clearly reusing. I asked if that’s the same milk as before, she says yes. I took the coffee, the milk still curdled. Waste of money. And absolutely unsanitary and serving spoiled milk…

  This Dunkin moves super fast, But it’s definitely because they never have the items that I’m looking for. They are constantly out of donuts, And specialty items forget about it you will never find them here.. Every single time I’ve gone, which has been up to 10 times they have never had what I want and it’s on their menu!!! Which is super sad because this is the closest one to me! I shouldn’t have to drive 20 mins to a different Dunkin to get the Valentine’s Day donuts :(

  Quiet location with a few good places to sit and talk. Counter man was very nice and friendly to my littles. Donuts are always good and fresh.
