  Yes, I gave it 5 Stars. However... I would give Papa Johns service only 2 stars. I am not faulting this particular business. The staff and food quality was fine. My gripe is with the call center when you order the pizza. My most recent order was answered by someone most likely in another country. The person couldn't pronounce the location, Chagrin Falls. I wanted to order the pan pizza and I was told they no longer carry it. Then when I ordered my usual large thin, I was given a full price $16.99 quote even though there was a "deal" for any large carry out for $9.99. I had to tell him about the current promotions. There also was a delay when speaking, resulting in talking over each other several times having to repeat what was said. Very annoying. At other times when I ordered from the Solon location before this location opened, I would ask for a 2 liter of Orange pop and I would be told they don't carry that flavor at that location. They do. So my experience with the call center has been repeatedly frustrating and annoying to the point that I have avoided ordering Papa Johns or I would just walk in and order and wait. I dread making that call. I did express my frustration with the owner and he told me a way to call the store directly. So yes, 5 stars for the location and its service but only 2 stars for the call center experience. They got an extra star because I eventually get an order in though it might not be the one I wanted.

  Yes! Finally a papa johns near us! All the pizza places over here are way overpriced and not worth it. Papa Johns has good pricing and good pizza.

  Ordered a pizza from them, normally I love papa John's but this was the thinnest pizza I have ever seen in my life. Its crazy and I feel ripped off I'm comparison to past orders I have gotten from other papa John's and to the pictures. Wont be ordering from again, and I order pizza once a week. Far better pizza for the same if not lower price from Gioninos down the street.
