  This place serves an incredible pizza prepared with a 1-day fermented dough. I would suggest fermenting it for 3 days if possible, but then there would be no reason to travel to Italy. The fermentation process not only makes the pizza easier to digest but also provides aromatic nutty notes, complex sweetness, and a mild tangy/sourdough taste. Overall, great place and great customer service.

  I recently visited M Italian for dinner to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The view where we sat was nice. Each dish was presented perfectly and tasted just as it should have! The service was great as well. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. A woman from the staff came over to compliment my daughter and that made her day. Thank you! This was my second time visiting and it was just as good, if not better than the first!

  Saturday night was our second time at M Italian. Our first time was for lunch and we weren't that impressed with the pizza. We decided to give it another try and were disappointed again. We were a table of six, and three of our dinners were barely above room temperature. We should have sent them back. My husband's side of asparagus was three asparagus! We all agreed that the side dish portions were so small. The appetizers were a different story. They were all appropriate temps and a good quantity for the price. We all loved the cauliflower. Highly recommend! Everyone loved their cocktails . My husband had the Toasty in Manhattan and loved it! I had a limoncello on the rocks and it was a huge disappointment. It tasted like lemonade. My husband and I are Italian, dual citizenship, and their limoncello is NOT limoncello. It was laughable. This should not be served in an Italian restaurant. We definitely would come back for the cocktails and appetizers, but not for lunch or dinner.

  We booked a reservation for 9:30pm soon as we sat down the waiter told us the kitchen closes at 10pm and we had to hurry and order our food…if your kitchen closes at 10am why would you even allow reservations at 9:30? That is poor management and very unprofessional. Then rush someone to order soon as they sit down..as a business owner myself I understand customer service and quality of service. You need to stop taking reservations at least a hour before you close that way things like this won’t happen...we had to order fast or not eat, when you allow people too book reservations on open table up to 9:45pm 🤔 why it your kitchen closes at 10pm 🤔also your kitchen shouldn’t close until all checks are closed in paid. That’s proper hospitality and service..my birthday dinner was ruined because of this lack of service
