Inspired by the taste of modern Europe and the ambiance of the late 19th-century Victorian era, Chef Margot Blondet set out to create a sexy, sophisticated dining and cocktail experience.
Nestled in Centerville’s historic Uptown neighborhood, Manna offers its guests a journey through time and culture. The property maintains its original, historic architecture while housing Manna’s sleek, sensual cocktail bar and modern Victorian-era dining room both peppered with carvings, sculptures, chandeliers, and marble from Blondet’s travels across the globe!
Manna’s menu blends together rich European culinary traditions with that South American je ne sais quoi that is Blondet’s legacy. Bold, provocative cocktails and a chic wine program suggest that salvation is just around the corner.
They served me for what looked like CATFOOD, and it costed 200$!!! It is unacceptable for the food and service. FOOD TASTES AND SMELLS LIKE BARF.

We celebrated our anniversary at Manna this weekend. While the restaurant has good potential and the flavors were generally good, the execution fell short. The potatoes and vegetables arrived lukewarm, and the service was inconsistent—our server was attentive at times but needed multiple prompts to bring items we had already ordered.
While the food prices are reasonable, the drink prices felt quite high ($56+ for two 'Manna Full Proof' cocktails). Due to the slow pacing and execution issues, we didn't have time to send food back. It was a disappointing experience for a special occasion, and we won't be rushing back.

I’m only leaving 3 stars because of the waitress and her vibes. She was kind and endearing. Management is failing their waitresses on Sunday. The brunch was buffet and I am gluten free, there were minimal options. It was was just sitting out on the bar? And i would bet it had been sitting there since 11. Which was concerning. There were no other customers in the place and we decided to go ahead leave given the situation.

My best friend and I ate here last night. Not only is the cuisine to die for, so is their service! Everyone from the hostess to our waitress, Deb, graced us with amazing service. They really took care of us. We sat on the 3rd level in the media room. The whole restaurant is beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is classy without the snobbery. The food is Peruvian with a French twist. The cocktails were perfect. I will be going back soon to try more of their beautiful dishes!

They have all you can eat pasta deal on Saturdays for lunch. You can mix and match different pastas, sauces, veggies, and proteins. The pasta was all fresh, the sauces were all top notch and overall this was some of the best pasta I have had in the dayton area. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is that it can take a while between each bowl, especially if it is busy.
