  Worst Jimmy John's experience ever!!! Staff not friendly. They handed me sandwiches at counter and had me bag my own stuff said if you want a bag or napkins they right there. Didn't want tzatziki sauce on gyro but on side and was told I would have to pay for it on side so I got 2 sides which cost 80 cent a piece and they didn't even fill each 2 oz cup up halfway and when asked if they can fill it up I got a attitude and slung back at me on counter!!! Will never give my money to this Jimmy John's and maybe none at all!!!

  The best home made bread with the best avocado! Rebecca who took our order was so fast she’s fantastic!!! A they have drive through too

  Been a regular customer for years. Been ordering less frequently. Main issue is wait time no matter how I order. I've tried every way I can to order the food so it's ready when I show up. No matter how I do it they still havnt made my food when I arrive. Order for immediate pick up. Wait 20 minutes and show up... Food not even made. (no other orders in process) Order hours ahead of time for pick up in a specific time... Food not made. This latest visit orderd online for asap pick up. Not at peak time. Waited 10 minutes before showing up. Still waited almost 15 minutes. Each visit equals waiting for the food no matter how busy the store is. Lazy staff or bad process. Pretty sure I won't go back.

  So disappointing. I'd been wanting a Vitos sub so today my thoughtful husband picked up lunch for us. The bread was dry, crunchy, and bordered on concrete like. The onions were sliced so thinly sliced that it was like flossing to try to bite through it. The tomatoes were tasty but so small that it was a difficulity to get a bite of them to make the dry sandwich almost palatable. There must be a shortage of oil and vinegar based on the dryness of the sandwich. Since it was take out I got in my fridge and doctored it up. That certainly helped but the bread it's self was so dry it wasn't fixable. So I think ordering an undwitchage with extra tomatoes might be the way to go.... or go to McAlisters, or Subbys, or even subways... just saying.....
