We ask about it and it sounds like they've been waiting on a part for their HVAC unit for weeks now. It's a shame that you would have your employees working in a place that's so cold. Not only that, but there was a big puddle of water in the middle of the floor in the dining area. The food was great. The service was great but the atmosphere. What atmosphere? Come on corporate- fix it.

The company really needs to do better or I can tell you they won’t be around much longer, I never have both hot food or sauce. It’s always one or the other. They forget my other nuggets. Doesn’t matter anyways because I didn’t get my sauce. Waste of money and time.

I don't know why the dining room was closed, but I believe it was due to not enough employees. The drive-thru service was slower than usual but my order was accurate & delicious.

The kid working inside hustled around to correct it while the two ladies just stood there chatting among themselves. Second time this has happened at this Wendy’s. Will not go back again!
