  I arrived at 9:55 AM to pick up a DoorDash for 10:03 AM at 10 AM. They marked the order as ready for pick up. I did not receive the order until almost 1030. I asked every staff member I could find and no one would get it ready. One young kid was just standing there looking around lost I could see the drink coffee mind you sitting there the entire time because I had the ticket with the order number on it. The place was a mess. There was stuff spilled everywhere, receipts on the ground receipts on the counters. The manager did come out at one point and try to help, but he looked like he was getting his butt handed to him to him for trying. He’s the only one there.

  I placed an order on the app on my way to work and showed up at 625 p.m. when I pulled up to the window immediately told me to go park in drive-thru number 3 parking space. There was nobody in line behind me at the time so I didn't see why I needed to go park in another parking spot to wait for my food and as other cars were pulling up to the window with her for their orders they were getting their orders immediately while three of us that in the drive-thru hold area. I watched through my rear view mirror as seven people went through the drive-thru and got their orders immediately My order will not special It was just a standard order. After waiting 14 minutes for my food knowing I would be late for work now I decided to leave without my food. I didn't understand the reasoning behind having me go away when there was nobody behind me and my order was literally fries and hamburger. This wasn't the first time that I have gone through that drive-thru with nobody behind me and being told I needed to go park in a drive-thru parking spot. The service is very poor and will not be going back to this McDonald's again.

  Drive-thru window staff not friendly at all. First window staff member mumbled so you couldn't understand a word he said. The staff member at the second window didn't speak to us at all. Then, our breakfast bagel barely had any hollandaise sauce on it. They also only put 2 napkins in our bag. Not a good experience today.

  As long as the service is good and food is hot, McDonlads is our grandbabies go to.

  Every time I order from them on doordash they never make sure they put everything in the bags! Its always a issue with something missing!! (Yes obviously doordash refunds me) but it's the point that i shouldn't have to continuously reorder because they can't get it together.
