- SKsadie kFeb 10, 20261.0I came through the drive through on 2/8/26 was missing a bagel, they didn't give my bagel an extra toast like I asked. I called the store numerous of times from 10 am to about 5pm and not a single answer. I even left a voice mail to have them get ahold of me. They also deleted my review that I left here. The lady at the speaker was rude, we waiting at the second speaker for about 5 minutes before someone said hold on then proceed to let the person at the first speaker who got there after us proceed with their order. I am not pleased at all.

He was super friendly and helpful and I’m grateful for him wanting to make sure my coffee was made right. Sometimes Dunkin can be a little too sweet for me but you just have to find the right syrup or combination and they can be really good. The only reason for the 4 star is because it’s not always consistent in milk/coffee ratio and sweetness.
