He was super friendly and helpful and I’m grateful for him wanting to make sure my coffee was made right. Sometimes Dunkin can be a little too sweet for me but you just have to find the right syrup or combination and they can be really good. The only reason for the 4 star is because it’s not always consistent in milk/coffee ratio and sweetness.
