- SKsadie k4 days ago1.0I went through the drive thru at 9:48 am, i pulled into the second speaker, it took about 3-4 minutes to be told hold on one moment. The person who was at the first speaker got to first as me and my friend were already waiting. My friend was missing her bagel. I have tried to call numerous times to get ahold of someone and no will answer the phones. My friend has a nail appointment or I would be going up there for my friend. (Not my car) I am not at all impressed as they rushed as well with poor customer service.
