  This place has always been pretty good to me. The staff is always friendly and the coffees usually good too. Today I got a decaf and when I started to drink it I got a mouth full of coffee grounds. I won't be going back.

  2/22/26 - @ 1:30 pm - not really a review of the store - more a staff member. whoever the woman working behind the counter today is, should be fired for talking to the staff the way she was. She was yelling at all the staff nonstop. She never turned around to assist us, yet knew we were there. She screamed at the boy Jerry behind the wall to take “come take their order”. She was complaining about the orders people at the window were making. She yelled at the other girl at the window about a straw if the customer outside waiting had one, she screamed “do they have a straw” 3-5 times like she was talking to a defiant teenager. My daughter and I stopped in because today is her 13th birthday and she wanted a jelly donut. Unfortunately, We walked out in disgust and ended up going to Bills Donuts. We have been coming to this location for years and live very close. Huge disappointment. Terrible staff member.

  I went through the drive thru at 9:48 am, i pulled into the second speaker, it took about 3-4 minutes to be told hold on one moment. The person who was at the first speaker got to first as me and my friend were already waiting. My friend was missing her bagel. I have tried to call numerous times to get ahold of someone and no will answer the phones. My friend has a nail appointment or I would be going up there for my friend. (Not my car) I am not at all impressed as they rushed as well with poor customer service.

  We love All the locations except for this one. The last two times we have been here. The food isn't too good. The coffee is horrible and the workers are always talking crap about customers

  Pulled up to the second speaker, they took everyone in line that wasn’t even there before me and still didn’t take my order so i left. honeslty ive never had any place so this before. will not be back to this location.
