    Horrible. I ordered wings and when I went to pick it up there were five cars at the drive through and twice as many people inside waiting for orders (it was a Saturday). After waiting 20 minutes without the line moving I called the store to cancel my order. I called seven times and no one answered the phone. So I isn’t get an order I paid for. Likely A staffing issue but still …. I’ll never go back

    Ordered a pizza a little after 6 pm for a timed delivery of 7:15 pm called the store at 7:30 pm they stated driver left at 7:19 pm. This store is 8 minutes away. It is now 7:45 pm and pizza is still not here.

    We had Donatos for the first time tonight for a fundraiser and it was a big disappointment. I work at a pizza restaurant and I would never serve a pizza that looked like these. They were burnt and tasted terrible. My daughter only ate a few pieces out of the middle because it was so burnt. We ended up throwing it away. For that price it should be edible and this was not. Very disappointing.

    Pizza was extremely over baked. When I asked them to remake it, I was told this was in the normal range and next time I should ask them to not over bake it. We attempted to eat it but threw it out. Customer service was extremely poor. Implied I should have known they over baked their food. When I asked for a supervisor’s contact info, I was told to complete a review online.
