I feel for the employees and think they must have hearing issues with all the noise from the Blizzard machines. It was impossible to order without shouting. Order was placed for three minis and one small. We got four minis. Had to ask for the small to be remade. One of the minis was about an inch short. Just not what I remember DQ being in the past. Very sad that it was as bad an experience as it was. For your employees, please consider making it a better working environment at least in terms of the noise. They’re going to be deaf or have tinnitus in less than six months with that noise!!

This makes her services toward me super bad! and she was on a bad mood, horrible service!
