Arrived early to get seating for eight and the music was so loud I could barely hear my wife talking to me. After about 10 minutes I went up to the counter and politely asked if they could please turn the music down. The employee replied that they had been asking the manager numerous times but he refused. Asking to speak to him a gentleman came out of the back with a very mad expression on his face and just stood there saying nothing. I politely asked for the music to be lower so our visit with my brother would enjoyable. With a continued groveling he said nothing and went to the back to do it. Both of the employees started screaming and thanking me. The evening went well and the food was great but slowly the manager turned the music to its original volume by the time we were ready to leave. I felt sorry for the employees that were subjected to a harsh working environment by a manager that wouldn't even listen to their requests. Sorry but I will not be spending over one hundred dollars on dinner for our family there again.
