I ordered a deep fried turkey club combo at the drive thru. It included medium curly fries and a medium soft drink. I had to ask for my drink after the guy gave me my food. He hands me a small drink and shuts the window. I drove off because of the line behind me. I will never return there again.

Check your order, 3rd time in a row we were shorted a sandwich. Don't bother ordering ahead. Check your order before leaving. Understaffed, quality of gobblers wasn't great, and the sandwich they made after the complaint was the good one. We'd had issues with Doordash where we were short food, so I went in person. Still not my worst experience with Arby's as a chain. I want to empasize - we have never had this location include every ordered item.
I really think the core issue is staffing. You have one person trying to manage the drive thru and front, and packing orders. So, their attention is split three ways, and they're packing a couple of orders at once. When that is coupled with Arby's legendary slowness, it is a recipe for failure.

Haven't eaten yet but the drive thru service was great. The gentleman on the intercom was very pleasant and the gal that finished the order was as well. Thanks guys!
