    My family and I drove 10 hours & and was going to stop for dinner at 7:00. p.m before going to our hotel & the lobby was closed/locked with no sign/reason on the door. We went through drive thru. Ordered our food. Got up to pay. Then was told that you all were out of MEAT?!? Like WHAT??? HOW does this happen? Isn’t that y’alls saying? lol. “We have the meats?” We went down the road to Mickey D’s. Not as good, but at least they had food.

    The new box they have it is a great value, regular roast beef, 2 cheese sticks, fries any kind, an egg roll peach pie and a drink! Arby's has it all covered, so far the one downtown on 5th is the best!

    I am sorry to say I'm going to stop coming here. There's nothing objectionable about the food; it's not outstanding but it's fine. No, the issue is long waits in the drive-through. The staff always apologizes, and I don't blame *them.* But I'm tired of waiting so long for a *sandwich.* There are other places that move along better.

    I ended up pulling out of the drive thru because when I tried to order, I kept getting cut off. The lady taking my order just seemed super inconvenienced and considering there were only 2 other cars in the drive thru, I'm not really sure why. Kindness costs nothing.

    We bought their recent promotion the $7 box. It was great food and very filling. We went through the drive-thru and they were very patient and efficient.
