A very rude lady answered and told me I had to cancel my order on the app. When doing so I learned that the store itself has to cancel it. I called back, same lady answered, I explained this to her. She went silent for about 45 seconds and then hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. Boooooo👎
