  I was at Taco Bell on Faircrest in canton Tuesday the 5th and had a lady named Tiffany wait on me she was so nice and polite very respectful needless to say I will return the food was also good.

  I ate your store on 5/5/2026 and was helped by a very nice lady. Her name was Tiffany. It was a very nice experience.

  Avoid this Taco Bell. I ordered Diablo nuggets that were inedible—rock hard, and the meat was literally turning black. When I called to complain, the manager, Tanya, was incredibly rude and refused to refund me for the spoiled food. Terrible quality and even worse service.

  Ordered one item with no jalapeño sauce. Got home and had to do back because it had the sauce on it. Went both times through the drive thru but upon ordering one again the same thing because of their error the person at the window recognized me. Verified the item would not have jalapeño sauce on it considering the last one did. The manager them come over and confirmed it wouldn't but yet still got charged for another one even though they miss made it the first time! So they make a mistake you pay for it literally and obviously the manager is okay with it. Good business! Will not be returning EVER to that store!

  I thought I’d try this location on my way home. The parking lot was rough to maneuver entering and exiting. I got to the drive thru at 7:06 pm and had three cars ahead of me waiting for food. I didn’t get my food until 7:25. My tacos had about 1/4 the amount of meat I would get at other Taco Bells, same with my bean burrito had the tiniest amount of beans.
