I understand they were busy , and I understand it gets overwhelming but these workers were RUDE. I went today 4/2 during their BOGO deal was told it would be ready in 20 minutes and waited over an hour. When I finally received my food the chips were burnt and smelled terrible. My bowl was missing toppings and had like no meat. This was my first time ever at a Qdoba and it was overall terrible. Then when I asked to talk to a manager I was told “they were busy and didn’t have time” waited that long for terrible food.

They are very rude to customers. Will not get a new container of sour cream if they run out. Will not get protein if they are out on the line. It’s ridiculous. Don’t give them your business.

The General Manager and Franchise Owner should be ashamed of themselves. I have been here 4 times since it open. This location is extremely inconsiderate. My first experience was about a month after opening. I ate inside with my family. We were very impressed. So impressed in fact we tried it 3 more times (all 3 being mobile pick up orders). Unfortunately all 3 times our food had an issue. First time our food was lacking. Half empty bowls and a sad looking burrito. We let it go. Thought it was an off day. Next visit a bowl that we order was complete messed up, with wrong ingredients. And we were missing a on the side item, chips and large queso. Again things happen. But now I wanted a refund on my missing items. THAT WAS SO RIDICULOUS. I had to jump through hoops just to get a refund for the items that were missing for my order. They just wanted to offer me more coupons to come back. I just wanted the $8 back. By this point my family had accumulated a lot of reward points. So we decided to try one last time. And we can just say I was highly disappointed. Chipotle here I come.

Went yesterday, there was a male manager I believe was named kyle was incredibly rude. I was trying to enjoy my food while he was screaming at two teen boys on the staff who had both been incredibly kind to me, to leave the store. The entire time I was there he seemed agitated. Would not come back to this location, as much as I love Qdoba.

3/21/26 - Got the sweet and hot chicken burrito, chips, and corn salsa. This was my first visit to the Canton location and likely my last. I was not impressed enough with my meal. While my burrito didn't taste bad, it was not on par with Chipotle . . . with Burrito, chips, and salsa ( no drink ) it was about $5 bucks higher than Chipotle, but nothing about it justifies the higher price point IMHO. The only staff member that seem'd pleasant was the one who rang up my total. I realize that I've only tried one thing, but that first visit, at least with me, usually sets the stage of wether or not I typically return . . . Think I'll stick with Chipotle
